Ordering Info

Orders are typically shipped next business day, excluding holidays and weekends. Occasionally we do get backlogged and orders may not ship out for several days. For questions about your order, contact us here on our website. We will get back to you as soon as possible.

After ordering, you will receive an email confirmation of your order. Shipping time averages 2-5 days from the time of shipment, many orders arrive sooner. Please allow one week from shipping.

30-Day Return Policy

We stand behind our products completely. We love them and hope that you do too. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please return it to us for a refund.

Refunds will be made on new, unused and unwashed products purchased from us that are returned to us with a copy of the original sales receipt within 30 days from the date of purchase. There is no charge for exchanges or store credit. See more information below.

We are not able to refund original shipping charges on returned products.

Occasionally we offer free shipping. If you receive free shipping on your order, and your return takes the original order under the free shipping amount, actual shipping on the original order will be deducted from your return.

It is recommended that returned products be sent by U.S. Mail and insured. We will not be responsible for returned products lost or damaged during shipping. Return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility, unless, of course, there was an error on our part.

Returns that are your choice are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Sorry, no returns will be accepted after 60 days. Returns will not be accepted without a copy of your sales receipt or some way to know who sent the package to us. Any items returned to us in non-sellable condition will be returned at purchaser’s expense.

Payments

We accept payment for orders by credit card and PayPal directly on our site.  Your information is kept secure through Square and Stripe, our card processing company. We do accept checks, but your order will be delayed until we receive and clear the payment. This typically takes up to 10 business days from when we receive the payment. If you want to pay by check, please use our contact us form and let us know and we can talk you through it.

We respect your privacy and will not give out, sell, or trade your information with others. Your information is secure.

Our Guarantee

All of our products are 100% guaranteed to be the highest quality and free of any manufacturing defects. That said, we are human. All of our products are made by us, the House of Kells Family. Occasionally there are things that we miss. Sometimes things aren’t visible until after washing, and we understand this.

Natural, mild variations in the products are expected, this is art after all, and do not affect the quality or performance of the product. Our quality standards are the highest possible.

1 Year Warranty

We offer a full 1 year warranty on all of our products. We guarantee that they will be free from defects and manufacturing errors.

The snaps on all of our products are lifetime guaranteed. If you ever have any problem with the snaps we will either repair or replace them as appropriate.

We guarantee that our products are safe and in compliance of the CPSIA laws of 2009. You can request a copy of our certificate by contacting us if you would like. We’d be happy to send it to you.
