Natural cotton filled with rice, they mold perfectly to wherever you set them. Rice socks feature a unique washable cover.

For cold therapy: Simply freeze the rice sock, cover and all, for several hours and set on affected areas to alleviate muscle strain. Re-freeze as needed and repeat!

For heat therapy: Warm the rice sock in the microwave for 1-2 minutes and use wherever needed. Repeat as desired! Caution! Rice sock will be HOT!
